Many of our parts are sold on an exchange basis: All non credit-card orders such as PayPal will require that we have a credit card on file for orders with a core value. The credit card on file will not be charged unless the core is not returned in the time allotted, 30 days. We can set up a refundable core charge as well. That would consist of you paying for the core at time of purchase. Once we receive your core we will issue a refund in the amount of the core. What this means for you, the customer, you don't have to deal with refunds, rebates or core credits. You will only be charged if you don't return your core within 30 days. What is an acceptable core? An acceptable core is one that is not broken or so severely damaged that it can no longer be repaired or rebuilt to proper working condition (rust, water, fire damage or a removed salvaged core from a junk yard are all examples). To receive full core credit you must return the same model and part number as what was purchased. After 30 days: The credit card that we have on file will be charged for the amount of the core. (amount will vary depending on the part, and will appear on the invoice.) If the core is returned after 30 days a full refund of the core charge minus 15% will be issued to the customer. |  |
