Core Policy

OPTION 1: At the time of purchase pay for the item only and ship your exchange to us within 15 days. Once we receive and accept your core we will ship your order out that day.
OPTION 2: At the time of purchase pay for the item  including the amount of the core for your item (Core amount varies with units). We will ship your order that day. Once you receive your order you have 30 days to deliver a core to us. Once we receive and accept the core your core deposit will be refunded that day.

What is an acceptable core? An acceptable core is one that is not broken or so severely damaged that it can no longer be repaired or rebuilt to proper working condition (rust, water, fire damage or a removed salavaged core from a junk yard are all examples). To receive full core credit you must return the same model and part number as what was purchased.
