RETURN MERCHANDISE POLICY
You no longer need to wait until "Stock Return Time" to return unwanted merchandise bought from us within the past three years. Return parts to us throughout the year by following these criteria:
- Give us a courtesy call to let us know what you wish to return. We will assign you an RGA number to reference, when you return the part(s).
- Or fill out the form below and email it to us to receive your RGA number.
- Ship the parts(s)back or we'll pick it up on our next visit.
- If you have the invoice, send a copy along, if not, we will verify the original purchase date in our computer.
- If this is a stocking item, there will be no restocking charge. An item is "stocking" if it is still being ordered from the manufacturer. This status is at the sole discretion of our purchasing department. This status can change in both directions dependant on sales volume.
- If it is a Special Ordered item that we normally stock we will accept the return with no restocking charge. If the Special Ordered item is a non-stocking item, we will need to call the manufacturer prior to instructing you as to whether it can be returned and what the restocking charge will be. Bear in mind, most manufacturers do not accept any Special Ordered items for return.
- Items that cannot be returned include: Tools, gaskets, gasket kits, sealants, etc.
- Items must be in resealable condition.
- When we accept non-stocking items for return to the manufacturer, it is a conditional acceptance, with the condition that those items are accepted on our annual return. Items that are refused will be returned with the credit reversed.
