Our electronic injection pumps go through a comprehensive build and calibration procedure.

Repair stages are:

  • Dis-assembly,
  • Inspection,
  • Final Cleaning,
  • Assembly,
  • Calibration,
  • Quality Control Inspection.

All procedures are carried out by factory trained personnel on Bosch test equipment. Calibration equipment meets ISO 9001 standards. All parts used are original equipment Bosch. All of which allows us to give the best warranty in the business for new and used pumps.

  • Complete dis-assembly and cleaning
  • Black oxide injector body & hold-down flange
  • Polish injector nut
  • Rebuild injector nozzles
  • Grind Valves and seat
  • Check Clearance of needle to nozzle and refit
  • Grind check ball seat on barrel and test
  • Grind and check inlet ball plate
  • Poppet valve seats lapped and valve travel set
  • Poppet valve upper and lower seat alignment
  • Internal timing for maximum effective stroke
  • Flow test on Hartridge 230 machine
